Group training consists of small groups of up 10 members per session. All sessions are coach led. This is a modern, effective and enjoyable method of training and programming. Ensuring you become fitter whilst also improving your health and well being.
We want everyone to have a chance to see what group training has to offer. So try your first session on us!
£7.50 Per Session. Our pay as you go grants you access to a single session of your choice.
£50 Per Month. Our silver membership grants you access to 8 training sessions per month.
£65 Per Month. Our gold membership grants you access to unlimited training sessions per month.
High intensity interval training . Combining weightlifting, cardiovascular and bodyweight movements. Performed in short bursts of working and rest intervals in order to create the ultimate workout. Maximising all aspects of your physical ability.
Our strength session is designed to get you learning and performing the fundamentals of weight lifting. Focusing on developing physical strength and building an aesthetic physique.
Lower body blitz focuses on developing the strength and conditioning of your legs and glutes. Through using various exercises and explosive movements.
